Urban Leadership Internship Program

 How do I apply?
Qualified students can apply to the program during the Fall Semester. Informational sessions are held each October with applications due in November. Applications are reviewed by a group of faculty and staff. Students are selected based on:
  • their academic performance
  • their ability to work independently
  • their commitment to the goals of the program
  • Students from all majors are encouraged to apply. Interns work in marketing, accounting, medical settings, non-profits, community health-care, financial institutions, teen programs, theater, museums, and many other settings.

    The application process:
    Students applying for the Program in Fall 2007 must be able to complete the internship during the Summer of 2008. In addition to the application, students will also be required to submit a resumé and a faculty recommendation. Applications are due in the Honors Program office (96 Bishop Hall) by 5pm on Wednesday, November 14, 2007.

    Info Session 1: Monday, October 15 at 4pm in Shriver MPR - A
    Info Session 2: Tuesday, October 16 at 5pm in 336 Shriver
