How do employers qualify?

Employers are sought who can provide a good work experience, appropriate supervision, and who are involved in the urban center in which they are located. Employers find these Miami students to be highly motivated, very capable assets to their organizations. Businesses, social service agencies, government, and nonprofit groups can benefit from the skills and talents of the committed work of Miami University's best students. As the program is fully endowed, stipends are paid by Miami. This allows the program to focus on individual student goals in matching student with jobs.
